Shipping Policy

Every Branch & Iron helmet is made to order, just for you.

We don’t keep shelves of helmets sitting in a warehouse. When you place your order, yours goes into production: shaped, finished, painted in your branch’s colors, and checked before it ever ships. That takes time, and we think it’s worth it.

How long will it take?

Each helmet takes 2–6 weeks to make, then 1–2 weeks to ship.

You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your helmet ships.

Ordering for a gift?

Since every helmet is made to order, plan ahead. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by October 30. Orders placed after that may arrive after the holidays.

We currently cover all shipping.

Delays

We’ll always keep you posted. If your order is ever going to take longer than the time above, we’ll email you with an updated date and give you the choice to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Damaged in shipping?

If your helmet arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy. Email us within 1 day with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you.
